Service Description
Shuttle Tatting 101 is designed for beginners who want to learn the art of shuttle tatting or to enhance their skills. Tatting is fun, inexpensive and portable. With step-by-step instructions and hands-on practice, you will develop a solid foundation in shuttle tatting techniques and be able to create beautiful lace patterns using a shuttle and thread. You’ll learn the basic double stitch and how to create lace with chains, rings and picots. Each session will focus on enhancing your skills by making a pattern, snowflake or medallion. *This class is for ages 18 and older.
Cancellation Policy
Cut off time for sign up is the day before class. You will not be able to sign up after the cut off time. In order to give our instructors time to prepare for each class, City Sewing Room requires a 3-day notice for scheduling and cancellation of all adult classes and a 5-day notice for youth classes. We appreciate your understanding.
