MEET THE TEAM
Previously a nurse, Anne realized she should have been a costumer & headed back to school at the age of 50 for a degree in costume design. Soon afterward she opened City Sewing Room to sew with friends. And sew she does. Every day, meeting new people and making new friends.
Sarah Thornton
Instructor
Whether you are a student, customer, or volunteer, Sarah is happy to help you however she can. She has been sewing for over 30 years and always loves learning something new.
Keeping our machines running smoothly.
As owner of Sew Happy Sewing Machine Repair, working out of the City Sewing Room, she will also diagnose and solve your sewing machine problems.
If you're in need of a machine
tune-up, give her a shout.
