Through volunteers and donations, our community has grown
to teach 30 youth and 30+ adults every week
receiving sewing and fabric donations of 500 pounds a week
which stocks our Maker's Mart

MEET THE TEAM
Previously a nurse, Anne realized she should have been a costumer & headed back to school at the age of 50 for a degree in costume design. Soon afterward she opened City Sewing Room to sew with friends. And sew she does. Every day, meeting new people and making new friends.
A fashion shoe designer, Michelle enjoys coming in to teach specialty classes from dog beds to t-shirt quilts.

Keeping our machines running smoothly.
As owner of Sew Happy Sewing Machine Repair, working out of the City Sewing Room, she will also diagnose and solve your sewing machine problems.
