SEWING CHALLENGES

City Sewing Room St. Louis donate.jpg

Throughout the year, City Sewing Room hosts fun, themed sewing challenges to spark creativity and bring our community together. All entries must be made using materials from our Makers’ Mart or created onsite during drop-in studio time or classes. From Pride-inspired projects to upcycled makes, these challenges welcome all skill levels and often include prizes, showcases, and social media spotlights. It’s a great way to try new techniques, share your work, and be inspired by fellow makers.

Here are a few of our past Sewing Challenges:

The winners were selected by Rita Hunt, Creative Director at CSR and Anne Stirnemann, Founder of CCH.
