Service Description

This class teaches you how to alter or remake a ready-to-wear garment. We can help you with taking something in, letting it out, fixing a hem, etc. Have an idea to upcycle an old favorite into something new? We can help you with that too! Bring in any clothing item and we can get you started on making it wearable for you. It helps if you already know how to use a sewing machine. If not, start with our Sewing Machine Basics class first. *Class sizes are limited to 4 participants so that every one can get the attention they need. **This class is for anyone 18 years and older.

Cancellation Policy

In order to give our instructors time to prepare for each class, City Sewing Room requires a 3-day notice for scheduling and cancellation of all adult/high school classes and a 5-day notice for kid's classes. We appreciate your understanding.
